Stevenson HAMPTON - Frederick J. "Steve" Stevenson died Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at his daughter's home. He was born in Lawrence, Mass., and had resided in North Andover, Mass., before moving to Hampton. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School where he was a member of the football team. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. Mr. Stevenson was a retired North Andover firefighter and owned Fred Stevenson Painting. He was a communicant of St. Paul and St. Michael Church in North Andover and was a member of the Masons Cochiocowick of North Andover. The widower of Nancy A. (Sullivan) Stevenson, he is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Skinner and her husband Robert of Haverhill, Mass., and Bonnie S. and her significant other, Greg T. Hopkins of Newburyport, Mass.; five grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Birtles of Andover, Mass.; and many nieces, nephews and aunts. Calling hours for Mr. Stevenson and his wife will be held Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, 35 Merrimack St., North Andover. A Mass of Christian Burial for them will be celebrated Friday at noon in St. Michael Church, North Andover.
