She was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Noel and Amelia (LeBlanc) St. Pierre and had resided in Lowell, Mass., before moving to Newton in 1975. Mrs. Frazier was a technician at Wang Laboratories, Tewksbury, Mass., for 11 years and was previously employed at Alexander Food Markets, Lowell, Mass., for eight years. She attended Trinity Church, Haverhill, Mass. She is survived by four daughters, Carmen "Kim" Rousseau of Centerville, Md., Claire Gooding of Haverhill, Pierrette "Pat" Jaynes of Dover and Pauline Molleur of Nashua; two sons, Andrew Dube of Rindge and Lawrence "Larry" Dube of Newton; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Ferriere St. Pierre of Coaticook, Que.; and one nephew. She was predeceased by her husband, Lucien Dube, who died in 1988, and one granddaughter, Bridget Gooding, who died in 1995. Funeral services were held Thursday in Trinity Church, Haverhill.
