Harrigan, Publisher FORMATTED: by CParziale, 2000 ***************************************************************************** Carolyn Sweatt BERLIN - Carolyn (Tetu) Sweatt, 56, of Berlin, died on Friday, Nov. 24, 2000 at Worcester Medical Center, Worcester, Mass. after a long illness. Born in Groveton, the daughter of Della (Gaudette) Tetu, she was educated in Groveton schools. She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Sweatt was a grocery clerk for Shaw's Market in Auburn, retiring due to illness in early November. She is survived by two sisters, Lorraine Smith and Bonnie Gadwah, and a brother, Charles Tetu, all of Groveton, and one grandchild, Taylor Tetu, who lived with her. She was predeceased by her only child, Philip Tetu, in 1998. There are no calling hours. A memorial service, officiatd by the Rev. Brendan Whittaker, will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Main-Armstrong Funeral Home, 59 State Street, Groveton. Burial will follow in the spring in Columbia Cemetery.
