Hucksam SEABROOK - Gladys T. Hucksam, 86, formerly of 81 Railroad Ave., died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, at the Country Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Newburyport, Mass. She was born in East Boston, Mass., on March 18, 1914, the daughter of the late James E. and Mary (Mallett) Doucette. She was a graduate of Everett High School and moved to Seabrook in 1975, coming from Rowley, Mass. She worked as the national promotion manager for Cooper Laboratories in Lynn, Mass., for many years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, Hampton, a member and past president of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary No. 14 in Ipswich, Mass., and had been active in candlepin bowling leagues. She was the wife of the late John P. Hucksam, who died in 1975, and her first husband, Francis A. Muldoon, a prisoner of war during World War II, died in 1945. A brother, James Doucette, and a grandson, Michael Muldoon, also predeceased her. She is survived by two sons, James E. Muldoon and his fiancee, Sally Coughlin, of Seabrook and Robert J. Hucksam and his wife, Cindy, of Newburyport, Mass.; one sister, Marion Young of Melrose, Mass.; three grandchildren, Karen Pallozzi, Patricia Malacheski and James G. Muldoon; a niece and a nephew. HUCKSAM - Gladys T. Hucksam, 86, formerly of Seabrook died Dec. 4, 2000. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday from the Remick and Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, followed at 11 a.m. by a Mass of Christian burial at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, Hampton. After cremation, private interment will be in the Main Street Cemetery, Rowley, Mass.
