George T. Reed 

WEST STEWARTSTOWN - George T. Reed, 85, of the Coös County Nursing Hospital, 
died there on Monday morning, Dec. 25, 2000.

Mr. Reed was born in Jefferson on June 27, 1915, the son of Daniel and Bessie 
(Ingerson) Reed.

He resided in New Hampshire for most of his life, except for a brief time in 
Maine. During his lifetime he worked in the sawmills and often did farm work.

Family members include his stepdaughter, Joyce Dupont of Lancaster; two 
sisters, Katie R. Maker of Lancaster and Alice Sterling of Littleton. His 
parents and a sister, Florence E. Dresser, who died in March of this year, 
predeceased him.

There are no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the 
family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Bailey Funeral Home in Lancaster
