Bonenfant EPPING - John G. Bonenfant, 91, of Church Street, died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2000, at Integrated Health Services, Manchester. He was born Oct. 2, 1909, in Epping, the son of the late Emil and Emila (LaBranche) Bonenfant, and was a lifelong resident of Epping. Mr. Bonenfant was a welder at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for many years. He was one of the founders of the Epping Civic & Fact Finders and was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, Epping. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Lillian (Homiak) Bonenfant of Epping; four daughters, Rose Hayes of Florida, Shirley Keach and Joan Piecuch, both of Epping, and Doris Mahon of Manchester; two sons, Donald Bonenfant of Epping and George Bonenfant of Manchester; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Adeline Goldwaite of Epping; one step-sister, Beatrice Bonenfant of Haverhill, Mass.; and one step-brother, Raymond Bonenfant of Haverhill. Calling hours will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., Epping. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Route 27, Epping. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Epping. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Gail Singer Memorial Bldg., 360 Route 101, Suite 501, Bedford, NH 03110-5032 or to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater N.H.
