Born Jan. 16, 1916, in Stockbridge, Mass., she was the daughter of John and Rose (Zaberski) Budzinski. She was a graduate of the former Williams High School in Stockbridge, attended Bay Path Junior College in Springfield, Mass., and graduated from the former Berkshire Business College in Pittsfield, Mass. She worked in Boston as a secretary before moving to Kittery, where she resided all of her married life. During World War II, she worked as a stenographer in the supply department at the Portsmouth Navy Yard. She owned a gift shop in Kittery called This and That Shoppe for many years. She was a communicant of St. Raphael Church, secretary of the former Melody Music Club and the Kittery Extension Club. Her husband, John Joseph Regan, who she married in 1940, passed away in 1998. Survivors include a son, Michael John Regan and his wife, Kathleen, of Kittery; a daughter, Maureen Helene Robinson and her husband, James, of Cummings, Ga.; four grandchildren, Kelly Ann Robinson, Brian Patrick Robinson, Evan Thomas Robinson and Daniel Patrick Regan; and several nieces and nephews. REGAN - Josephine Agnes Regan, 84, of 154 State Road, Kittery, Maine, died Dec. 6, 2000. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, at St. Raphael Church. Visiting hours will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today (Friday) at the Farrell Funeral Home, 684 State St., Portsmouth.
