Foynes Jr. NORTH BERWICK, Maine - Edward N. Foynes Jr., 42, of Dyer Street, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2001, at his residence. He was born Sept. 17, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Edward N. and Patricia (Griffin) Foynes. He was a graduate of Boston College High School and then attended Westfield State College and the University of Massachusetts. He had been employed as a mason tender and carpenter for Daniel Young Mason Contractors of Eliot. He loved mason work, drawing and art of all kinds. He especially enjoyed making people laugh. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Patti. He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Foynes. Surviving are his wife, Patricia (Pecunies) Foynes of North Berwick; two brothers, Thomas Foynes, of Marshfield, Mass., and Andrew Foynes, of Scituate, Mass.; and two sisters, Patricia Foynes-Roach, of Scituate, Mass., and Maggie Foynes-Stokinger, of South Weymouth, Mass. FOYNES - Edward N. Foynes, 42, of North Berwick, Maine, died Jan. 7, 2001. Private services will be held for the family only at Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market St., North Berwick.
