He was born May 6, 1913, in Dover, the son of the late Battista and Rosina (Iamarta) Rossi. He resided in Exeter for more than 60 years, having been employed as a rose grower for Exeter Rose Farms, which was owned and operated by the Dagostino family. He was a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Exeter. He was predeceased by his wife, Carolina "Lena" (Dagostino) Rossi, who died in 1969; his brother, John Rossi; and two sisters, Theresa Wooten and Magdalena Rossi. He is survived by his daughter Evelyn Dimock and her husband, Neve, of Stratham; two grandsons, N.
