Lamotte WHITEFIELD - Kenneth A. Lamotte, 76, died on Jan. 24, 2001, at Littleton Regional Hospital after a recent illness. Mr. Lamotte was born in Guildhall, Vt. on May 30, 1924, the son of Clement and Abbey (Lewis) Lamotte. Raised in Guildhall, he moved to Dalton in the mid-1960s and for the past four years has resided in Whitefield. For 13 years he was employed with the Norton Company in Littleton. Family members include a son, Edward Towns of Stewartstown; two daughters, Joanne Miller of Dalton and Pamela Milligan of Whitefield; a sister, Lillian Ramsdell of Lancaster; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandsons. He was predecea sed by his longtime companion, Ruth Towns, in 1991. There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Saturday morning, Feb. 3, at 11 at the Advent Christian Church, Whitefield, the Rev. James Ramsdell will officiate. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made for the purchase of a gravestone to Pamela Milligan, 12 Gooden Drive, Apt. 2, Whitefield, NH 03598.
