Felch SEABROOK - Lorenda M. Felch, 75, of 127 South Main St., died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2001, at her home. She was born Aug. 3, 1925, in Seabrook, the daughter of the late Millwood and Charlotte (Dow) Dow and was a lifelong resident of Seabrook. Mrs. Felch was a packer at the former Barr & Bloomfield Shoe Company and for the local shellfish industry for many years. She was an active member of Rand Memorial Church and a member of the Ladies Aid of the church. She managed the lunchroom at Bingo sponsored by the Seabrook Fireman's Association, for the church, and later on her own for many years. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Raymond E. Walton American Legion Post No. 70. The widow of William E. Felch, who died in 1987, she is survived by two sons and their wives, Stanley J. and Dorothy Saracy and Charles W. and Francine Felch, all of Seabrook; one daughter-in-law, Karen Felch of Seabrook; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Millwood Dow of Seabrook; one sister, Gloria Chase of Seabrook; one brother-in-law, Forrest Felch of Seabrook; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Ralph E. Felch, who died in May. Funeral services were held Monday in Rand Memorial Church, Seabrook. Burial was in Wildwood Cemetery, Seabrook. Memorial donations may be made to Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH 03833.
