He was born Nov. 13, 1932, in Kensington the son of the late Alfred and Grace (Wilbur) Jordan and had been a lifelong resident of East Kingston and Kensington. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. Jordan retired from AT&T in North Andover, Mass. He is survived by one brother, Herbert Jordan of Exeter; one sister, Mildred Cutter of Amesbury, Mass.; many nieces and nephews; and a good friend, Robert Houle of East Kingston. He was predeceased by five brothers, Alfred Jordan Jr., Edwin Jordan, Donald Jordan, Robert Jordan and Ralph Jordan; and three sisters, Edna Jordan, Grace Crosby and Marjorie Mitchell. Funeral services were held Thursday in East Kingston Community United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Barner officiating. Spring burial will be in Village Cemetery, Kensington. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-4688.
