Ruth M. Corey 

COLEBROOK - Ruth M. (McDonald) Corey, 83, of East Colebrook Road, Colebrook, 
died on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001, at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital.

Mrs. Corey was born on Feb. 23, 1917, in Manchester, the daughter of the late
Dan and Gertrude (Preston) McDonald.

She was employed as a stitcher for a Manchester shoe manufacturing company 
for many years before moving to Colebrook. 

She is survived by her husband, Walter Corey of Colebrook, and two daughters,
Ms. Beverly Miller and Ms. June Hartford, both of Manchester.

There will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements are under the 
direction of Jenkins Funeral Home, Colebrook.
