NORMAN Thomas C. Norman, 63, of Bethel, Maine, died suddenly at his home on Sunday. Mr. Norman was born in Lawrence, Mass., on September 27, 1937, the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Norman. He attended Lawrence schools and was graduated from Lawrence High School. He was married to the former Carol Barnett in 1973. A computer assembler by vocation, he had been associated with Compugraphics of Wilmington, Mass., for many years. He had lived in Bethel for the past eight months, and prior to that lived in Errol. He was a veteran of the Coast Guard, serving from 1954 to 1959 on cutters stationed in Norfolk, Va. His family includes his wife; a daughter, Amy Norman of Woodstock; a son, Gregory of Troy; a sister, Claire Theberdge of Methuen, Mass.; a brother, Edward "Bill" Norman of Haverhill, Mass.; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. At his request, no public visiting hours or funeral services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of the Greenleaf Funeral Home in Bethel.
