Haag, 68, of Berlin, and a former resident of Gilsum, died on February 4, 2001 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a brief illness. She was born in Keene on September 7, 1932, one of nine children born to David and Lelia (Durant) Fish. For the past 45 years, she was a school bus driver and driver trainer for Laidlaw Transport-ation Company of Keene. In addition, she conducted the ³Winnie the Pooh² bus safety courses for elementary school children. She was well known for working with and driving bus for area handicapped children. She was a bugler with the former Drum and Bugle Corps of Keene and a former member of the St. Bernard Church choir. She enjoyed, listening to gospel music, travelling and camping. Mrs. Haag summered for many years at the Mountain View Campground in Pittsburg, and worked during those summers at Youngıs Store. The family includes a daughter, Donna Majewski of Keene; a son, Michael Haag of Ascutney, Vt.; three brothers, Donald Fish and Gerald Fish, both of Keene, and Kenneth Fish of Florida; a sister, Arlene Brown, of Keene; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews. Her husband of 45 years, William G. Haag Jr., died in 1995. Calling hours were held on Tuesday in the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Bernard Church, 185 Main St., Keene. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lower Main Street, Keene. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Labre Indian School of Ashland, Mont., which provides school supplies, blankets, clothing and food to Native American children living on reservations.
