Knudson EAST CONCORD, Vt. - Debra Rae Knudson, 46, of Oregon Road in East Concord, died on Monday evening, Feb. 5, 2001, of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Mrs. Knudson was born in Concord, Vt. on Feb. 18, 1954, the daughter of Wayne E. and Kay (Gonyaw) Bean. Raised in Lunenburg, she married Rodney Knudson on May 12, 1972. She went to work that year for the Gilman Paper Company, working there until 1981. She was then a homemaker for many years, until working at various places, including People’s Bank in Lancaster. She was employed at the Mooselook Restaurant in Colebrook at the time of her death. She was a former Girl Scout leader and enjoyed camping, gardening and photography. She was an avid Bonko player for many years. Family members include her husband, Rodney, of East Concord; two daughters, Jessica Knudson and Sam Knudson, both of East Concord; her mother, Kay, of Gilman; a brother, David Bean of Alaska; and two sisters, Donna Whiting of Lunenburg and Diane Gunnip of Gilman. A funeral service was held on Thursday at the Bailey Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerry Piper of Gilman officiated.
