Fontaine NORTH BERWICK, Maine - James T. Fontaine, 48, of 29 Turkey St., died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, after a long illness. Born on Jan. 24, 1953, in Portsmouth, he was the son of Armand W. and Nena (Mullin) Fontaine and was a graduate of York High School. He had worked in the maintenance department at Wheelabrator Corporation in Hampton for many years. He had formerly resided with his grandparents, James "Vern" and Virginia Mullin, in York Harbor. He enjoyed going to local flea markets. Survivors include his father, Armand W. Fontaine of Exeter; his mother, Nena Conley of Somersworth; and one brother, Eric Fontaine of Exeter. FONTAINE - James T. Fontaine, 48, of Turkey Street, Berwick, Maine, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001. Funeral will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Road, York, Maine. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
