Born on Feb. 25, 1965, in West Stewartstown, she was the daughter of Frederick Rainville and Alberta (Jacques) Rainville. She attended Colebrook public schools. In the early 1980s Ms. Rainville moved to Oatman, Ariz., where she lived until moving to Portland in 1997. She married George Coons on Aug. 6, 1999. She loved animals and especially enjoyed riding horses. She was very creative and enjoyed arts and crafts, especially ceramics. She is survived by her parents; her stepmother, Caroline (Lafond) Rainville of Colebrook; a brother, Armand Rainville of Canaan, Vt.; paternal grandmother Ervena Rainville of Colebrook; four half-brothers, Stanley Caron of Manchester, Eugene Caron and Frederick Rainville II of Groveton and Christen Rainville of Columbia; a half-sister, Linda Caron; two stepsisters, Mrs. Roger (Lisa) Riendeau of West Stewartstown and Kelly Lafond of Colebrook. Funeral services were held Feb. 17 at the Newman Funeral Home in Colebrook.
