BERKOWITZ - Logan Paige Berkowitz, born Dec. 31, 2000, died
Monday, Feb. 5, 2001. She was the beloved daughter of Jeff and
Gwenth Berkowitz of Hampton Falls, N.H. The Logan Paige
Foundation has been established to raise awareness and help those
with myotonic dystrophy, P.O. Box 750017, Arlington Heights, MA
02475-0017; www.loganpaige.org is currently being developed.
Donations in her memory would be appreciated. Arrangements are by
Joyce Funeral Home, Waltham, Mass.
