Born in Berlin on Dec. 29, 1913, he was the son of Joseph and Dorilda (Pelletier) Morneau. He was a lifelong Berlin resident. Before retiring in 1978, Mr. Morneau worked as a welder for Brown Co. He was a member of Local Union 75. Mr. Morneau was a communicant of St. Anne Church. He enjoyed the outdoors. Family members include his wife of 60 years, Lucille Morneau of Berlin; a son, George Morneau of Milan; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Phillip Morneau and Robert Morneau, both of Berlin; and five sisters, Theresa Morneau, Cecile Parent, Jennette Pinette, Pauline Bouchard and Lucille Morneau, all of Berlin.
