Cloutier GROVETON - Cecile R. (Mamier) Cloutier, 90, of Old Route 3 Northumberland, died on March 8, 2001 at Weeks Memorial Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born on March 31, 1910 in Berlin, the daughter of Alfred and Angeline (Hienz) Roy, she had been a resident of Groveton since 1935. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Church in Groveton. She always gave and never asked for anything in return. She used to say "I’m not gonna worry about it, because it will all come back." Mrs. Cloutier is survived by her daughter, Millicent "Millie" Gonyer of Groveton, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Calling hours were held on March 10 and 11 at the Main-Armstrong Funeral Home, 59 State Street in Groveton. Rosary was recited on Sunday. A Mass of Christian burial was held on March 12 at the St. Francis Xavier Church, Fr. Daniel Deveau, pastor, officiated. Memorial donations may be made in Cecile’s name to the American Heart Association, New England Affiliate, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-4688.
