Muriel Piper 

CARROLL - Muriel Piper of Twin Mountain, died on March 27, 2001,
in Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, after a period of failing health. 

Born in Franklin on Aug. 21, 1930, she was the daughter of Leon and
Grazielle Leblanc. She lived many years in Franklin before moving to
Twin Mountain. 

Mrs. Piper worked many years as a nurse’s aide in the Merrimack
County Nursing Home. 

She was married to Douglas Piper, who died on Oct. 6, 1999. 

Family members include two daughters, Suzanne Ouellette of Twin
Mountain, and Heidi Moses of West Rumney; a son, Wayne Piper of 

Salisbury; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene
Flagg of Montana. 

The funeral was held Friday in the Dupuis Funeral Home in Ashland.
Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery.
