Jolicoeur, 66, of Hooksett, died on March 3, 2001 in the home of his daughter in Cumming, Ga. Born in Manchester on December 13, 1934, he was the son of Antonio and Lena (Dallaire) Jolicoeur. He earned an associate's degree in agriculture from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Jolicoeur owned and operated Jolicoeur Superette on Brown Avenue for several years and later Jolicoeur Superette in Londonderry. For 13 years, he was the proprietor of the Trading Post in Pittsburg. In 1992, he was selected "Pittsburg Citizen of the Year." He served as president of the Connecticut Lakes Tourist Association and as president of the Pittsburg Historical Society. In addition, Mr. Jolicoeur was a member of the North Country Chamber of Commerce and Pittsburg Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club. He served as a volunteer for Pittsburg Ambulance Corps and as a bail commissioner for Coös County. He was predeceased by a son, Brian Jolicoeur, and a daughter, Marie Rivard. Family members include a daughter, Kathleen Langlois, of Cumming, Ga.; a son, Michael Jolicoeur, of Florida; six grandchildren; a sister, Doris Noury, of Manchester; two brothers, Robert Jolicoeur of Bonita Springs, Fla.; and Donald Jolicoeur of Hooksett; and nieces and nephews. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. in Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street in Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the New Hampshire Chapter, Multiple Sclerosis Society, 27 Harvey Road, Bedford, NH 03110.
