She was born March 14, 1941, in Colebrook, the daughter of Leonard and Ethel (Eastman) Gould Sr. A lifelong resident of Colebrook, Mrs. Crawford was a graduate of the Colebrook Academy and was a homemaker. She was a living and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and babysitter. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. The family includes her husband, Robert Crawford of Colebrook; two sons, Michael Crawford of Columbia and Ronald Crawford of St.. Thomas, Penn.; a daughter, Laurie Howe of Colebrook; her mother of Colebrook; a brother, Leonard Gould Jr. of Mulberry, Fla.; and eight grandchildren. Calling hours were Sunday at the Jenkins Funeral Home. The funeral service was conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in Trinity United Methodist Church. The Rev. Kathryn McGregor officiated with the assistance of the Rev. Marlyn M. Neary and the Rev. Oliver Northcott. Burial will be later in the spring at the Colebrook Village Cemetery.
