Ross, 93, of Main Street, died April 12, 2001, at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood after a brief illness. She was born April 21, 1907, in Norway, a daughter of Olaf and Fredricka (Ingman) Stenborg. She had resided in Exeter for the past 15 years. She was formerly of Stratham and Hampton Falls. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard H. Ross Sr., who died July 6, 1993. The family includes a son, Bernard H. Ross Jr. of Errol; three daughters, Barbara Batchelder of Ocala, Fla., Nancy Bernier of Exeter and Louise Ross of Hampton Beach; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Private services will be held for the family. Spring burial will be in Westview Cemetery, Hampton Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
