Goheen WWII Veteran Frederick E. Goheen, 85, of 6 Hawthorn Rd. died Monday July 30, 2001 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Born in Richwood, West Virginia on April 21, 1916 the son of Martin E. and Mamie E. (Donahoe) Goheen. He moved to Dover in 1945. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Prior to his retirement he was a longtime employee of the former Miller Shoe Co. Fred was a member of St. Joseph Church. For 13 years he was active in The Reverend Joseph Maguire's healing ministries. He is survived by his wife whom he married in 1945, Alberta G. (Labbe) Goheen, a daughter Kathleen M. Glover of Moultonborough, two grand- children Shawn Tebbetts of Gilmanton Iron Works and Michelle Currier of Manchester, and five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 150 Central Ave. Burial is in St. Mary New Cemetery. Arrangements were with the Tasker Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater New Hampshire, 10 Ferry St., Suite 419, Concord, NH 03301. Martha Allard Loved family, fishing, puzzles Martha V. Allard, 63, of 101 Old Rochester Road died Thursday, August 2, 2001 at her home after a period of failing health. Born July 9, 1938 in Brentwood she was the daughter of Clyde and Ber- nice (Bisbee) Brown. She was employed in the shipping/receiving department of Labeltech. Martha enjoyed crochetirig, working puzzles, the beach, fishing and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Roger O. Allard of Dover; four sons, Thomas Allard and his wife, Lisa of Sanford, Roger Allard, Jr. of Dover, James Allard of Nashua and John Allard of North Carolina; two daughters, Patty Davis and her husband, Richard of Somersworth, Gloria Stevens of Somersworth; fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Charles Church with The Reverend Paul Gregoire, Pastor as celebrant. Burial is in St. Charles Cemetery. Arrangements were with Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion Funeral Home.
