He was born Oct. 7, 1945, in Waterbury, Conn., and had resided in Sandown since 1977, coming from Newtown, Conn. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam War era. Mr. Infanti was the engineering manager of P.C. assembly at Celestica in Portsmouth. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He is survived by his wife, Joanne (Kellar) Infanti of Sandown; one daughter, Johnna Infanti of Sandown; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation was Monday in the Southern N.H. Crematory, Derry. Memorial donations may be made to the Sandown Lions Club, P.O. Box 46, Sandown, NH 03873. Arrangements were by the Peabody Funeral Home, Derry. Raymond C. Cote HAMPSTEAD -- Raymond C. Cote, 69, of 119 Ledgewood Drive, died Sunday, April 1, 2001, at his home. He was born Feb. 4, 1932, in Derry, the son of the late Charles P. and Marie R. (Dion) Cote and resided in Haverhill, Mass., before moving to Hampstead. He was a 1949 graduate of Pinkerton Academy. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving as a staff sergeant from 1952 to 1956 stationed in Germany. Mr. Cote was a quality control inspector for A.W. Chesterton Corp. for 15 years retiring in 1994. He had previously been employed for Avco Corp. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and AMVETS Post No. 147 of Haverhill. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing and hunting and will be remembered as a handyman. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jean (Kimball) Cote; two daughters, Lori J. Busta and her husband Rick of Auburn and Lisa M. Cote of Derry; one granddaughter; two step-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Armond Cote. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday in St. John the Baptist Church. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. Estey, 73, of Gertrude Avenue, died Sunday, April 1, 2001, at the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood, after a six month illness. She was born Sept. 23, 1927, in Exeter, the daughter of the late Everett and Evelyn (Brown) Huckins. She was raised in Sandown and had resided in East Kingston before moving to Raymond 17 years ago. She was a 1945 graduate of Sanborn Seminary, Kingston. Mrs. Estey had been employed by Exeter Sylvania Corp. for several years. She was president of the Sandown Historical Society; a member of the East Kingston Wingold Grange; the Stork Club; the Exeter Minstrels, doing many shows in nursing homes; the Chester Corn Crackers Musical Group; and sang for the Townsend Club and the Circle 9 Ranch in Epsom and on the Clyde Joy TV show on Channel 9. She was an active member of the East Kingston Methodist Church for 33 years where she was a member of the choir and the Women's Guild. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Elliott Estey of Raymond; three sons and their wives, Ronald and Deborah Estey of Middleburg, Fla., Wayne and Peg Estey of Wrightstown, NJ, and Peachy and Elizabeth Estey of Newton; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six sisters, Olive Berube and Betty Cooper, both of Derry, Charlotte Johnson of Farmington, Judith Bixby and Sandra Wells, both of Haverhill, Mass., and Dorothy Rowan of East Rochester; two brothers, Ralph Huckins of Sandown and Everett "Billy" Huckins of Union; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother, Edmund Huckins. Funeral services were held Thursday in East Kingston Methodist Church with the Rev. John Barner officiating. Fournier HAVERHILL, Mass. -- Lorraine C. (Boulanger) Fournier, 68, of 145 Hilldale Ave., died Sunday, April 1, 2001, at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Haverhill and was a lifelong resident. She attended St. Joseph Grammar School and Haverhill High School. Mrs. Fournier retired from Lucent Technologies, North Andover, Mass., in 1994 after 20 years of service. She had previously been a nurse's aide at the former Havolyn Nursing Home and had worked in local shoe firms. She was a member of Sacred Hearts Parish, Bradford, Mass; the Telephone Pioneers of America; and the Communication Workers of America. She enjoyed bingo and was an avid Red Sox fan. The widow of Normand J. Fournier, who died in 1995, she is survived by four sons and their wives, Normand and Lizbeth Fournier of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, Michael R. and Deborah Fournier of Methuen, Mass., Joseph C. and Lynne Fournier of Hampstead and James S. and Tina Fournier of Haverhill; two daughters and their husbands, Diane C. and Thomas Chapman of Bradford and Debbie A. and Stephen Picard of Sandown; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Gaudet of Haverhill and Doris Vezina of Valdosta, Ga.; her father-in-law, Albert Fournier of Haverhill; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday in Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, Plaistow. Rosebell E. Gordon RAYMOND -- Rosebell E. Gordon, 89, of 41 Chester Road, died February 12, 2001, in Exeter Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born Jan. 23, 1912, the daughter of the late Josiah F. and Rosebell (Prescott) Gordon, at the family home on Chester Road where she resided all of her life. She was a 1931 graduate of Raymond High School. Miss Gordon worked for Bourque Shoe in Raymond and Klev-Bro Shoe in Derry for many years and for the Rockingham Foods & Nutrition Meals on Wheels Program for two years. She was a member of Raymond Congregational Church and was a volunteer with the Raymond Ambulance Corps. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Jean Moulton and her husband Edward of Raymond and David Gordon and his wife Joanne of Fremont. She was predeceased by two brothers, Josiah R. Gordon and Andrew J. Gordon; and two sisters, Ruby Colligan and Helen Gordon. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Raymond Congregational Church with the Rev. Neil Iverson officiating. Arrangements are by the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond. Palmer T. Hurd RAYMOND -- Palmer Twombly Hurd, 79, of 4 Meindl Road, died Saturday, March 31, 2001. He was born March 25, 1922, in Massachusetts and had resided in Raymond for 77 years. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II serving in the South Pacific. Mr. Hurd owned and operated a sawmill, was employed with the N.H. Department of Transportation as a plow operator and mower and was a postal carrier in Chester and Raymond. He was a volunteer fireman in Raymond and was a member of the American Legion Post of Raymond. He is survived by two daughters, Linda Cowger of Deerfield and Lalia Senecal of Allenstown; one son, Steven Hurd of Deerfield; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, William Hurd of Alexandria, Va.; and several cousins. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at his home on Meindl Road. A scattering of his ashes will be held at 10 a.m. at his home. Rochelle Lafontaine KINGSTON -- Rochelle Lafontaine, 59, of Mill Road, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, in Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, Mass., after a lengthy illness. She was born Dec. 3, 1941, in Woburn, Mass., the daughter of the late Harvey and Beryl (Archer) Lafayette and had resided in Kingston for 25 years. Mrs. Lafontaine was the former deputy town clerk in Kingston for several years. She retired as deputy town clerk of Atkinson five years ago. She enjoyed doing crafts. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Jean Lafontaine of Kingston; one daughter, Lisa Forester of Richmond, Va.; four stepchildren, Gail Reardon, Robert Lafontaine and Michael Lafontaine, all of Pelham, and Edward Lafontaine of Londonderry; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Jean Lafayette, who died in 1993. Calling hours will be held Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Wendall Irvine officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Kingston. Frances Rutledge EAST KINGSTON -- Frances Rutledge, 54, of 11 Rowell Road, died Monday, April 2, 2001, in Exeter Hospital after a brief illness. She was born Aug. 8, 1946, in Richmond, Calif., the daughter of the late Jess Alderette and Helen (Rudolph) Falzon. She had resided in East Kingston for 16 years. Mrs. Rutledge was employed with Lucent Technologies, North Andover, Mass., for 17 years, retiring in December. She is survived by her husband, Ronald D. Rutledge of East Kingston; three children, Angela Marshall of Fremont, Charles Soletto of Newton and Dawn Soletto of Exeter; four stepchildren, Linda J. Gaudette of Pelham, Kevin D. Rutledge of Hudson, Lonnie R. Rutledge of Chester and Rhonda D. Baker of East Kingston; 14 grandchildren; one sister, Judy Ozmun of California; three brothers, all of California; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, with the Rev. Moynihan officiating.
