Bryant KINGSTON -- Cecelia M. (Christmas) Bryant, 72, died Sunday, July 28, 2002, in Exeter Hospital. She was born Aug. 23, 1929, in Digby, Nova Scotia, the daughter of the late Alfred Balla and Emmagean Christmas. She had resided in Haverhill, Mass., before moving to Kingston in 1984. She was a graduate of Digby High School. Mrs. Bryant was the advertising manager for News America Marketing Co. of South Easton, Mass. She had previously been a supervisor in the electronics assembly division of Raytheon Co. in Andover and Bedford, Mass., for 26 years. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Exeter. She is survived by her husband, Jerrold C. Bryant of Kingston; one daughter, Carolyn M. Christmas of Takoma, Wash.; two sons, Cecil M. Christmas of Dorchester, Mass., and Carmen L. Christmas of Boston; two granddaughters; four brothers, Russell Christmas of Portsmouth, Herman Christmas of Onset, Mass., Marcel Balla of Portugal and Melvin Balla of California; one sister, Ruby Brown of Sagamore, Mass.; one stepdaughter, Dianne Bastien of Kingston; two step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Kenneth F. Cookson of Bradford, Mass., who died in 1972. Funeral services were held Thursday in the C. Frank Linnehan & Son Funeral Home, Haverhill. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Bradford. Naomi O. Candora RAYMOND -- Naomi O. Candora, 82, of Peach Tree Court, died Tuesday, July 30, 2002, at her home. She was born Aug. 30, 1919, in Eastport, Maine, the daughter of the late Edgar and Martha (Lee) Owen. She had resided in Tewksbury, Mass., for many years before moving to Raymond three years ago. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph J. Candora of Raymond; one son, Joseph P. Candora of Raymond; two daughters, Kathleen Geyer of Tewksbury and Patricia A. Demers of Sandown; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Kathleen Cline of Eastport and Madonna Warzala of Cohoes, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, On the Common, Raymond. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Clock Jr., 83, of Main Street, died Thursday, July 25, 2002, at the N.H. Veterans Home, Tilton. He was born May 14, 1919, in Exeter the son of the late Herman A. Sr. and Bessie (Dearborn) Clock and was a lifelong resident of Raymond. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Clock was a line supervisor for Public Service Co. of N.H. for 44 years. He served on the Raymond Volunteer Fire Department and was the Raymond water commissioner. He is survived by three sons, Kerry Clock and David Clock, both of Canterbury and Kent Clock of Raymond; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Marion Varney of Newmarket; one brother, Hovey Clock of Hampton; his former wife, Edith Clock of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Cobb, 79, of Blueberry Hill Road, died Saturday, July 27, 2002, at her home. She was born Sept. 4, 1922, in Ticonderoga, N.Y., the daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Fuller) Boyle. She was a longtime resident of Lexington, Mass., and had resided in Raymond for the past three years. Mrs. Cobb was a gerontological social worker for Homecare Services in Lexington. She dedicated much of her time to volunteer work with the blind, terminally ill and disabled veterans and to the meals on wheels program. She was an avid bird watcher and a participant in the Cornell University Project Bird Feeder Watch studies program and was instrumental in cultivating nesting areas for many generations of bluebirds. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Howard C. Cobb of Raymond; two daughters, Jann Cobb or Raymond and Mary Jane Young of Madbury; one son, Paul Cobb of Bradford; two granddaughters; one great-grandson; two sisters, Mary Renaud of Glens Falls, N.Y., and Florida and Elizabeth Thompson of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Edward Boyle of Sequim, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews. Daly ATKINSON -- Michael F. Daly, 58, died Wednesday, July 31, 2002, in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. He was born June 30, 1944, in Medford, Mass., the son of the late Patrick and Bridget (Hart) Daly. He resided in Medford and Melrose, Mass., and had lived in Atkinson since 1971. He was a 1962 graduate of Melrose High School and received his bachelor's degree from Springfield College, Springfield, Mass. He served with the Massachusetts National Guard Melrose Unit for six years. Mr. Daly was the manager of engineering and safety for the Guilford Rail System, Billerica, Mass., for 35 years. He was a member of Holy Angels Parish, Plaistow, and a member of St. Jude Council of the Knights of Columbus, Plaistow. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. (McNicholas) Daly of Atkinson; one daughter, Andrea M. Daly of Atkinson; one son and his wife, Michael P. and Rebecca Daly of Fremont; two grandchildren; one sister, Noreen D. Daly, 51 Pond St., Fremont, NH 03844. Billy W. McCoy EAST HAMPSTEAD -- Billy W. McCoy, 65, of Russet Lane, died Sunday, July 28, 2002, in Exeter Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born July 29, 1936, Providence, Ken., the son of the late Clyde and Verble (Brown) McCoy and had resided in East Hampstead since 1966 coming from Chicago, Ill. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Beverly (O'Connor) McCoy of East Hampstead; three sons, Anthony McCoy of Derry, Stephen McCoy of Glassboro, N.J., and Edward McCoy of Sandown; one daughter, Eleanor Brown of Norton, Mass.; two grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis Kennedy of Madisonville, Ken. To send condolences visit www.peabodyfuneralhome.com. Kenneth L. Reynolds POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- Kenneth L. Reynolds, formerly of Kingston, died July 16, 2002, in Greenport, L.I., N.Y. He was born March 16, 1917, in Danville, the son of the late Adelbert W. and Marcie (Ladd) Reynolds. He was a graduate of Haverhill (Mass.)High School. Mr. Reynolds worked at the Boston Naval Shipyard during World War II and later at Western Electric. With his late wife, he founded Reynolds Boat Co. in Haverhill, Mass. After a fire destroyed the business they built Reynolds Trailer Sales in Plaistow and sold the business when they retired. He then opened Ken's House of RVs in Kingston. He enjoyed golfing, tending his garden, playing cards, reading and arguing politics. He was an avid fan of polka music and dancing. The widower of Theresa (Villetta) Reynolds, he is survived by one daughter, Sandra L. Walsh of Pueblo, Colo.; one son, Barry Reynolds of Kingston; one stepson, Donald Reynolds of New Boston; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Lorraine Casey of Haverhill; one brother, Cecil Reynolds of Massachusetts; several nieces and nephews; and his friend and companion, Jill Radford. He was predeceased by one son, Norman Reynolds. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. in Greenwood Cemetery, Kingston.
