Jacquelyn Frey KINGSTON -- Jacquelyn Teevan Frey, 82, died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002, in Kingston after a lengthy illness. She was born Feb. 22, 1920, in Quincy, Mass., the daughter of John F. and Mary H. (Welts) Teevan and was a longtime resident of Wakefield, Mass. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Frey of Greenville; five children, Dennis Frey, Donna Hanson, Mike Frey, Kevin Frey and Terry Frey; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. There are no services planned. Memorial donations may be made to the Franciscan Mission Association, Mt. Vernon, NY 10550. Arrangements are by the Brewitt Funeral Home, Exeter. Mary Janackas RAYMOND -- Mary (Laponius) Janackas, 81, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, at her daughter's home in Raymond. She was born May 26, 1921, in Haverhill, Mass., the daughter of the late Charles and Caliope Laponius, and had resided in Lowell, Mass., for 12 years before moving to Raymond in July. She was a graduate of Haverhill High School. Mrs. Janackas and her late husband owned the former Mitchell Drug Store on Merrimack Street in Haverhill for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Apostles and enjoyed crocheting and the beach. The widow of Anthony P. Janackas, who died in 1994, she is survived by one daughter and her husband, Cynthia and James Sabatino Sr. of Raymond; one son, Anthony J. Janackas of Lowell; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rockingham VNA & Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH 03833. Jean G. Moulton RAYMOND -- Jean G. Moulton, 69, of Main Street, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, in Exeter Hospital. She was born April 22, 1933, in Manchester the daughter of Ruth (Maloon) Gordon of Hooksett and the late Andrew J. Gordon, and was a lifelong resident of Raymond. She was a 1951 graduate of Raymond High School and served as the school pianist playing at all the school functions. Mrs. Moulton taught remedial reading at the Lamprey River Elementary School, Raymond, for 28 years and was still teaching at the time of her death. She was an active member of Raymond Congregational Church serving as the Sunday school teacher for more than 50 years and was instrumental in their music and choir programs. She was active with the Great Bay School. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 49 years, Edward Moulton of Raymond; two sons and their wives, Robert and Sherry Moulton of Deerfield and Donald and Kim Moulton of Raymond; one daughter, Ellen Moulton of Raymond; two grandchildren; five sisters, Carol Drake of Raymond, Anita Davis of Auburn, Helen Fifty of Manchester, Shirley Garvin of Hampton and Patricia Jewett of Litchfield; three brothers, David A. Gordon of Fremont, Richard Gordon of Merrimack and Dana Gordon of Vermont; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, On the Common, Raymond. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Raymond Congregational Church, with the Rev. Neil Iverson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Raymond Congregational Church, Church St., Raymond, NH 03077. Albertine S. Sargent LANSING, Tenn. -- Albertine S. (Collins) Sargent, 92, formerly of Plaistow, died Sept. 9, 2002, in Oak Ridge Hospital. She was born in Rowley, Mass., and moved to Plaistow as a young woman moving to Tennessee in 1984. Mrs. Sargent volunteered for the American Red Cross during World War II, knitting mittens and scarves for the soldiers overseas. She later knitted baby bonnets and pillows for heart patients for the Telephone Pioneers of America in St. Cloud, Fla. She was an active member of Star of Hope Church of Wartburg, Tenn., and was a former member of First Baptist Church of Plaistow. The widow of Trueman Sargent, she is survived by three daughters, Beatrice Brown of Plaistow, Barbara Glover of St. Cloud, Fla., and Ruth Hall of Lansing; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held Thursday in Plaistow Cemetery. Arrangements were by the Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, Plaistow.
