William Boden FREMONT -- J. William Boden, 83, of 307 Main St., died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, in Exeter Hospital. He was born March 31, 1919, in Beverly, Mass., the son of the late Clarence P. and Margaret (Ryan) Boden. He was raised in Beverly and lived in Fremont for many years. He was a graduate of St. John's Preparatory School and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II serving as a chief petty officer. Mr. Boden was vice president of Poplin Farms in Fremont. He was active with the Raymond and Fremont Community Action Programs; founded the Little League program in Fremont and reactivated Boy Scout Troop No. 1. He enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and golfing. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rose M. (Slater) Boden of Fremont; two sons, J. William Boden Jr. of Grahabor, Wash., and Steven T. Boden of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; four daughters, Kathryn A. Boden of Fremont, Patricia L. Gaulin of Exeter, Susan R. Boden of Fremont and Ellen M. Michalak of Stewartstown; seven grandchildren; one sister, Doris Bresnahan of Andover, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews. There are no visiting hours. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in People's United Methodist Church, Main Street, Fremont. Private burial will be in Village Cemetery, Fremont. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe made to The People's United Methodist Church, Main Street, Fremont, NH 03044. Arrangements are by the Stockbridge Funeral Home, Exeter. Joseph J. Caillouette PLAISTOW -- Joseph J. Caillouette, 64, of Greenough Road, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2002, at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born in Plaistow where he was a lifelong resident. He attended Pollard School and was a 1958 graduate of Haverhill Trade School. Mr. Caillouette was a self-employed carpenter and had previously worked for Lewis Builders of N.H. for more than 30 years. He was a member of Holy Angels Church, Plaistow. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judith (Mitchell) Caillouette; three sons, James D. Caillouette and his wife Irene of Hudson, Richard A. Caillouette and his fiancee Stephanie St. Onge of Sandown, and Michael S. Caillouette of Plaistow; one daughter, Sharon A. Maguar of Plaistow; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; two brothers, Roger Caillouette of Rochester and Paul Caillouette of Atkinson; one sister, Mary Larocque of Atkinson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday in Holy Angels Church, Plaistow. Burial was in Holy Angels Cemetery, Plaistow. Arrangements were by the Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, Plaistow. Barbara Eldredge BRENTWOOD -- Barbara Marion (Lang) Eldredge, 81, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2002, at her son's home in Brentwood. She was born Jan. 22, 1921, in East Candia, the daughter of the late Howard and Nellie (Parker) Lang. She was a 1939 graduate of Sanborn Seminary, Kingston. Mrs. Eldredge worked with her mother in their Kingston home as a telephone operator in the 1930s and sold Avon products for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family. The widow of Phil Eldredge, who died in 2000, she is survived by four daughters, Beverly Spooner, Judy Curtis and Bonnie Schultz, all of Exeter, and Sharon Gallant of Fryeburg, Maine; three sons, Robert Eldredge of Exeter, Gary Eldredge of Brentwood, with whom she made her home, and John Eldredge of Concord; 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Lang of Plaistow; one aunt and uncle, Chester and Rita Parker of Glendale, Ariz.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one son, Phil Eldredge Jr.; and one grandson, Christopher. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Brewitt funeral Home, Exeter. Burial was in Exeter Cemetery. Fogarty, 86, of 4 Alumni Drive, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at Exeter Healthcare, Inc. She was born May 10, 1916, in Exeter, the daughter of the late Peter and Rose (Nichols) Beane. She was a graduate of Amesbury High School and attended a nursing school in Nashua. Mrs. Fogarty was a homemaker and was active with the Kitchen Kut Ups for many years; was a volunteer for the Exeter Visiting Nurses Association; and was a former member of the South Hampton Baptist Church Women's Guild. She is survived by three sons, John E. Fogarty III of Ossipee, Paul L. Fogarty of Kingston and Alan S. Fogarty of Exeter; one daughter, Gail A. Keach of North Hampton; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one grandson, Wayne Fogarty; and a great-grandson, John E. Fogarty V. Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from noon until the hour of the service. Schreiber KINGSTON -- Viola M. Schreiber, 92, of 2 Riverwood Road, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, at the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood, after a brief illness. She was born March 7, 1910, in Newark, N.J., the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Treiber) Sonn Sr., moving to Kingston in 1977. Mrs. Schreiber was a member of the Merry Senior Citizen Group in Kingston and the Seacoast RSVP. In New Jersey she was a member of the Daughters of the Americas. The widow of John Schreiber Sr., who died in 1976, she is survived by two sons, John Schreiber Jr. of Kingston and Charles Schreiber of Brick, N.J.; one daughter, Janet Julia Phillips of Willis, Tex.; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Elsie Grippeldi of Irvington, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held Monday in Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery, Union, N.J. Sheehan PLAISTOW -- Crystal G. Sheehan, 19, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2002, at her home. She was born in Melrose, Mass., and moved to Danville in 1990. She had resided in Plaistow for seven years. She attended Danville Elementary School, Timberlane Regional Middle School and Timberlane Regional High School. Miss Sheehan was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Dominic J. Sawtell of Plaistow; her parents, Timothy J. Sheehan and Janice A. Sharkey, both of Danville; one brother, Timothy J. "T.J." Sheehan of Plaistow; her maternal grandparents, George and Ruth Sharkey of Woburn, Mass.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, Plaistow. Burial was in Center Cemetery, Sandown.
