Yeager EXETER -- Mildred G. Yeager, 77, of Coach Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, in Exeter Hospital. She was born May 28, 1925, in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mildred A. (Pigeon) Gallagher. She was a longtime resident of Kingston and had lived in Exeter for seven years. Mrs. Yeager was a real estate agent in the Exeter area for many years. She was communicant of St. Michael Church, Exeter, and was a volunteer at Exeter Hospital. The widow of Lt. Col. George G. Yeager, who died in 1974, she is survived by two daughters, Amelia Y. Greenlee of Stoney Point, N.Y., and Germaine Y. Hayes of Newmarket; two granddaughters; one sister, Germaine G. Ward of Lake Forest, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Front and Lincoln Streets, Exeter. Burial will follow in Exeter Cemetery.
