CECILE (COTE) FAGNAND
     Cecile (Cote) Fagnand of Wakefield, R.I., died at her residence on Sunday, August 24, 2003. 
     She was born in Berlin on January 1, 1925, the daughter of the late Frank and Jeanne (Poudrier) Cote. She attended 
schools in the Berlin and Beecher Falls area as a child. 
     She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Thomas Fagnand; daughter Linda (Fagnand) Bangs of North Kingstown, R.I.; 
son Thomas Fagnand Jr. of Providence R.I.; and a foster daughter, Jeannette Spanoi, whom she brought up since she was an 
infant; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Theresa Brooks of Clarksville, Annette Benoit of 
Colebrook and Yvette Beauchemin of Columbia; two brothers, Andrew and Robert Cote of Groveton; and many nieces and nephews. 
     She was predeceased by two brothers and one sister, Loretta Parker of Clarksville, Hector Cote of North Stratford 
and Laurence Cote of Port Charlotte, Fla. 
     Cremation took place in Rhode Island. There were no calling hours. Services will be held at a later date.
