Dorothy Bryn RAYMOND - Dorothy Andersen Bryn, 90, of Sesame Street, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003, at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation in Exeter. She was born July 14, 1913, in Cambridge, Mass., the daughter of the late Axel J. and Dagney (Hansen) Andersen, and was a longtime resident of Woburn moving to Raymond 18 years ago. Mrs. Bryn was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and was an avid Red Sox fan. The widow of Harry Bryn, she is survived by one daughter and her husband, Bette and Jeffrey Patterson of Raymond; two grandsons; and one great-grandson. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond. David Campbell II RAYMOND - David "Kameron" Campbell II, 19, of Main Street, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, in Raymond from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was born Dec. 2, 1983, in Newburyport, Mass., the son of David K. and Diane L. (Joslin) Campbell of Raymond. He had resided in Raymond for eight years coming from Haverhill, Mass. He was a 2002 graduate of Raymond High School. Kameron was employed by Sanel Auto Parts in Raymond for the last four months. He studied martial arts for 11 years and formerly played basketball in the Raymond Recreational League. He enjoyed fishing and freestyle biking. He was active with the youth ministry program at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church in Sandown. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Kaileigh Marie Campbell of Raymond; his fiancee, Amy Bachler of Raymond; one sister, Amanda D. Campbell of Raymond; his grandparents, Coleen and Lawrence Patnaude of Merrimack and Peter Joslin of Bradford, Mass.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, On the Common, Raymond. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church, Route 121A, Sandown. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kaileigh Campbell Fund, c/o Citizens Bank, Freetown Road, Raymond, NH 03077. Evelyn J. Downing RAYMOND - Evelyn J. Downing, 91, of 22 Old Manchester Road, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003, at Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood, after a period of failing health. She was born Feb. 24, 1912, in Brockton, Mass., the daughter of the late Clifton S. and Maude (Williams) Jones and had resided in Raymond for more than 70 years. Mrs. Downing was a shoe worker for Burke Shoe Co. in Raymond for several years. She enjoyed traveling. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Philip Downing; five daughters, Vivian McGall of Auburn, Lorraine Bellemore of Derry, Gail Parenteau of Epping, and Claire MacIntosh and Paula Landry, both of Raymond; four sons, Stuart Downing of Raymond, James Downing of Nashua, William Downing of Easley, S.C., and Joseph Downing of Raymond; 21 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Philip Downing. Funeral services were held Monday in Raymond Methodist Church with the Rev. Ken Bosse officiating. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Raymond. (Matthews) Judson, 95, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation in Exeter. She was born June 2, 1908, in Matthews Landing, Holcomb, Canada, the daughter of the late Herbert and Bessie (Tozer) Matthews. Mrs. Judson was a member of the First Baptist Church, Plaistow, and the Triangle Guild and Ladies Social Circle. She enjoyed knitting and baking. The widow of John W. Judson Sr., who died in 1992, she is survived by one son and his wife, John W. and Dorinda Judson Jr. of Plaistow; one daughter and her husband, Donna and John Foy of Newton; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main St., Haverhill, Mass. Burial will be in Plaistow Cemetery.
