Tyree TRANSCRIBED: C Parziale, Apr 2001 ***************************************************************************** Know all men by these presents That We Valentine Hill of Notingham in the Province of New Hampshire Gentleman & Robert Hill of Notingham aforesaid yeoman For & in Consifideration of the sum of Ninety pounds lawful mony of said Province to us in hand before the Delivery hereof Well & truly Paid by John Hill of Durham in the Province aforesaid Yeoman the Receipt whereof We do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargain'd & sold & by these presents do give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff convey & confirm unto the Said John Hill his Heirs & afsigns forever a Certain tract of Land In Durham aforesaid containing Twenty acres be the Same more of Lefs & bounded as follows Viz beginning at the Mast road (so called) near the Houfe & from thence by the Lane southerly six rods thence Wefterly, Southerly & latterly by Land belonging to the heirs of Joseph Smith Esq'r deceafed to Land of Daniel Warner, Esq'r & by that Northerly to the aforesaid Highway & by that to the first bounds with one Half of the Houfe thereon standing. To have and to hold the said granted premifes with all the Privilege & appurtenances to the same appertaining to him the Said John Hill his heirs & afsigns to his & their only Proper ufe & benefit forever & we the Said Valentine & Robert Hill for us our Heirs Executors & Administrators do hereby convenant grant & agree to & with the said John Hill his Heirs & afsigns that until the Delivery hereof we are the Lawful owner of the Said Premises & are lawfully seized & pofsefsed thereof in our own right in fee simple & have full power & lawful authority to grant & convey the same in manner aforesaid That the said premises are free & clear of all & every Incumbrance whatsoever & that we our Heirs Executors & Administrators shall & will warrant the same to him the Said John Hill his Heirs & afsigns against the lawful claims & Demands of any Person or Persons whomsoever In Witnefs ~~ whereof we have Hereunto let our hands & Seals this sixth day of September In the tenth year of his majesty, reign Anno domini 1770.
