TITLE: Deed George & Ester Willand to John Witherell of Rochester SOURCE: Strafford County Registry of Deeds, Book 32, pages 157-158 SUBMITTED BY: Becky Lawrence TRANSCRIBED: C Parziale 2001 **************************************************************************** Know all men by these presents that we George Willand and Esther his Wife in her capasity heirs of the Estate of William Waymouth late of Rochester dec'd Both of Rochester in County of Strafford and State of Newhampshire for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to me us in hand before the delivery here of well and truly paid by John Witherell of s'd Rochester Husbandman the receipt whereof We do here by acknowledge have given granted bargained sold and by these presents do give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm to the s'd John Witherell his heirs and afsigns for ever thirty Acres of Land be the same more of lefs lying in the first Division in s'd Rochester Numbred thirty three being the same that was owned and improved by our Honoured Father William Waymouth and is the full share according to Quanty and Quality that fell to or belonged to the s'd Esther as being one of the heirs of said Estate be the same more of lefs.
