Know Men by these Prefents that I Timothy Roberts of the town of
Rochester in the County of Strafford in the Province of New Hampshire in
New England Gentleman For and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten pounds
lawful of the Province aforesaid Money to me in hand before the Delivery
hereof well and truly paid by my Two sons viz. Timothy Roberts Jun’r.
and Mofes Roberts both of the town and in the county and Province
aforesaid Yeomans The receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge my self
fully sattiffied and paid. Have given granted bargained and sold and by
these prefents do give grant bargain sell alien confirm and convey unto
my Two Sons Timothy Roberts and Mofes abovesaid and their heirs In equal
shares To viz Two day, in a certain Sawmill at Norway Plain so called
in so Town and Province aforesaid known and called the (?Depot) Mill
at said Norway Plain together with all the Iron Work and Privileges of
the Falls and (?Brow) so pafs and repafs to said Mill that belongs to
the said Two day.  To Have and to Hold the said granted premifes with
all Privileges and appurtenances to the same appertaining to them the
said Timothy Roberts Jrn’r and Mofes Roberts and their heirs In Equal
shares and afsigns to their only Proper ufe and benefit forever and the
said Timothy Roberts for my self heirs Executors and administrators do
hereby covenant grant and agree with them the said Timothy and Mofes
Roberts and their heirs and afsigns forever that I am the Law Oner of
the Said premifes and am seized thereof in my own Right In Fee Simple
and that I the Timothy Roberts my heirs afsigns and Executors shall and
will warrant the same to them and heirs and afsigns forever against my
Person or Persons whom forever In Witnefs whereof I have herein and
hereby the Said Timothy Roberts let my hand and Seal this fourteenth Day
of August in the thirteenth Year of his Majestys Reign Anno que Domini
One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Three.
