LANDMARKS: Cochecho Landing

NAMES: NONE ASSOCIATED	

	Cochecho Landing.  the landing place on the Cochecho river, below the 
lowest falls, are so called Jan. 11, 1771 in a plan of the two bridges 
across the river, above it.  It is now called Dover Landing.  The adjacent 
school-district was called the "Landing-District," by a vote of the school 
meeting, Ap. 7, 1806.	 							PG 48
