Marion E. Smith Obituary - Died October 1978 at Dover, NH

I believe this obit to be incorrect.  Marion was actually the daughter of Andrew Jackson 
Butterfield and Annie Mace.  Also the death certificate says her birthday was 18 Sept 1894 
not 13 Sept.

Foster's Daily Democrat Oct. 1978:

"Marion Smith

Dover- Mrs. Marion E. Smith, 84, a resident of the Dover-Rochester area the greater part of 
her life, died at a Rochester nursing home early Sunday morning after a long illness.
     Born in Lawrence, Mass., Sept. 13, 1894, the daughter of Charles and Annie E. (Mace) 
Butterfield, she came to Dover at an early  age.  She was the widow of Chester H. Smith and 
leaves one son, Ellston W. Smith of Rochester.
     Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Wiggins Funeral Home, 655 Central Avenue.
The Rev. Donald Marsh, rector of the Church of the Redeemer of Rochester, will officiate.  
Burial will take place in the family lot in rochester Cemetery.
     There will be calling hours from 7 to 9 this evening at the Wiggin Funeral Home."
