Ira P. Lucas

Funeral services for Ira P. Lucas, 84, retired shoe worker, will be held at 
the Edgerly funeral chapel at 1:30 today (Thursday) with Rev. Charles D. 
Maurer, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiating and with burial in
Rochester cemetery.

Mr Lucas died in Dunlap Convalescent home, North Main street, Monday.


He was born in Deering, Me., March 25, 1874, and had lived in Rochester for 
50 years.

He leaves a daugher, Mrs. Dan (Ivan) Tattersall of Rochester and a son, 
Carleton Lucas in Boston.
