Ellston Waldorf Smith Obituary - Died Jan. 5, 1891 in Rochester, NH From: Darlene Walsh - - Granddaughter of deceased Foster's Daily Democrat, Dover, NH Monday Evening, Jan. 5, 1981 says: "Rochester--Ellston W. Smith, 79, passed away Sunday after a long illness at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital. Mr. Smith was born on July 28, 1901 in Rochester and lived here all his life. He was a retired motion picture projectionist, and belonged to the Humane Lodge No 21, F and AM Lodge, and is a World War II U.S Army veteran. Survivors include his wife Celia (Wiggin) Smith; one son, Ellston C. Smith of Waterboro, Maine; six grand-children; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Edgerly Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date.
