This is a small family cemetery located just off Cold Spring Road in Durham.
This headstone lies 7th [from left to right] in a line of 7. There is a small
block stone in the back which has the initials "E.P.". With slashes indicating
the end of a line, the inscription reads as follows:

"EBENEZER PARSONS,/ DIED/ May 26, 1865,/ AE.92yrs.2mos.&20ds./ The righteous
hath hope in his death."/
