Ephraim - who died at West Point in the Continental Army.

Of these, Joel, Artemas and Joab became residents of this town, and Jonathan's children, 
though he always lived in the edge of Alstead, made this town their residence for a longer or 
shorter period.  
JOEL came to town in 1824 - died unmarried.
