Rebecca - born 1794 - married George Groce of Beverly. II. William - died young. III. Sally - died young. IV. William - married Lydia Morse - died in Manchester, 1852. V. Hannah - died young. William married second Patty Dodge of Wenham, Massachusetts - children, VI. Ebenezer - born 1806 - married Lydia Holbrook - died 1868. VII. Henry - born 1808 - married Hannah Davidson (see Davidson family) - children, 1. Adoniram J. - born 1833 - married Harriet E. Farrington - children, (1) Henry J. (2) Nellie A. - residence Manchester. 2. Sallie D. - residence Denver, Colorado. 3. Eri D. - graduated at Dartmouth College, 1863; enlisted in the 1st Vermont Cavalry the same year; captured a confederate standard in Sheridan's "twenty miles fight", for which he received a Congressional Medal; was twice wounded; at the close of the war was Captain by brevet; is now professor in the Episcopal Academy at Cheshire, Connecticut. 4. Samuel S. - residence Colorado. 5. Roger W. - married Emma G. York. At the commencement of the war enlisted in the 3d New Hampshire Volunteers; was ordinance officer of the 2d Division 10th Army Corps; was promoted to Captain; is now editor of the "Colorado Tribune," at Denver - children, (1) Frank S. 6. Hannah R. - died young. 7. Mary A. - died young. VIII. Adoniram J. - married Elizabeth Stratton IX. Samuel H. - married Sally L. Davidson (see Davidson family), died in Texas, 1840. X.
