m. Oct. 5th, 1865, Mrs. Julia A. Way, (dau. of Joseph and Laura (Shepard) Dow,) b. in 
Brandon, Vt., April 20, 1833; -- One child, Wilbra M., b. Jan 7th, 1874; d. Feb. 13th,
1874; Mr. Bailey settled in C. 1856.
