Mays Landing Record December 29, 1906
  To James Nankivell, Jane Nankivell and Virginia Miller:
  By virtue of an order of the Court of Chancery of New Jersey, made on the day
of the date hereof, in a cause wherein May's Landing Building and Loan
Association is complainant and you and others are defendants, you are required
to appear, plead, answer or demur to the bill of said complainant on or before
the twenty-first day of January next, or the said bill will be taken as
confessed against you.
  The said bill is filed to foreclose a mortgage given by Robert H. Hick and
wife to May's Landing Building and Loan Association, dated February
twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety nine, on lands in the Township of
Weymouth, Atlantic County, New Jersey, and you, James Nankivell, are made a
party thereto, because you claim some interest in the fee to the said lands; and
you Jane Nankivell are made a party thereto because you also claim some interest
in the fee to the said lands; and you, Virginia Miller, because you hold a
subsequent mortgage on the said lands.
