The last Will and Testament of THOMAS IRELAND of Hemstead, being weak in his body, but sound in his understanding: First,- I comend my soule to God Secondly I doo give to my eldest daughter, JOAN, One cowe, besydes what she is already possesed of, to be delivered when she departeth from living with her mother. And also , I do give to my second daughter JANE, ten pounds, to be paid her when she is full eighteen years of age, besyde what is already given to and nominated to her. Also I give to my sonne THOMAS my housings and land w th all ye priviledges there unto belonging, he to have ye said housing and lands at ye decease of wife, or if my do marry again, he is to have them when he comes to age of twenty one years besydes what he hath in nomination already w th my other children. Also I give to my youngest daughter, ELIZABETH, Twenty Pounds, to be paid to her when she comes of age. That is eighteen years of age, besydes what is already nominated to her w th ye other children. All ye reste of my estate I do give to my wife, she paying my debts out of it, I leaving my wife Exectrix of this my will, to order things becoming to it. Now these presents witnesseth, that the said JOAN IRELAND for divers, good causes and considerations her, here unto moving, as also in and through the natural Love an affection which she beareth towards her Sonne THOMAS IRELAND, Hath given, granted, Assigned and made over, and doth hereby, give grant, Assigne and make over unto her said Sonne, THOMAS IRELAND, his Heirs and Assigns, the said Parcell of Land and premisses with all and singular its Apertenances and priviledges, there unto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
