First I Give and Bequeath to my son JOHN SCULL All my Plantation Where he now lives, Bounded by GIDEON SCULL Land on the North East, And by Cedar Swamp Creek on the North West, And by Laids late ISAAH SCULL on the South West, And By the Thorafair And Scull Bay on the South East be the same more or Less, And also all other cut Lands And Marsh, Rights and privilyes as Deamed my Rail Estate to him his Heirs and Assigns forever. Item: I Give to my four Daughters SARAH SCULL, PHEBE STITES, MARY SOMERS, SOPHIA SCULL all my Goods and Chattles and Parsonal Estate, that is to say after my Lawful Debts and funeral Charges Are paid and my wife thirds are taken out, the Remainder of my Parsonal Estate I order to be Equally devided between my said four Daughters According and Agreeable to what part thay may have had of my Estate before Deceas, Which I order to be Equally distrebuted between them by my Exectuers. I make and ordain my wife PHEBE SCULL And my son JOHN SCULL sole Executors of this my will and Testament. To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting: Know ye that at Woodbury on the day of the date hereof the last Will and Testament of RECOMPENCE SCULL late of the County of Gloucester Deceased was proved before FRANKLIN DAVENPORT Esquire, Surrogate who was thereunto duly authorizes and appointed for that Purpose, and is now approved and allowed of by me: he the said Deceased, having while he lived, and at the time of his Death, Goods, Chattels, Rights, and Credits in divers Places within this State, by Means whereof the full Disposition of all and singular the Goods Chattels Rights and Credits, of the said Deceased and the granting Administration of them, unto me are maniffestly known to belong: and the Administration of all and singular the Goods, Rights, and Credits of the said Deceased, and his last Will and Testament in any Manner of Way Concerning, was granted unto JOHN SCULL Executor in the said Testament named chiefly of well and truly performing the said Will, and of making a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Rights and Credits, of the said Deceased, and exhibiting the same into the Registry of the Preogative Court in the Secretary's Office of New Jersey, and of rendering a just and true account, when thereunto lawfully required, being duly Sworn for that Purpose.
