S. Risley, Surrogate Will In the name of God, Amen. I, Thomas Thomas of Carmantown Township of Hamilton County of Atlantic, and State of New Jersey, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say First – It is my will, and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. Item – I do give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Rebecca Thomas, all my Personal property of every kind and description to be hers forever. Item – I do give and devise unto my said wife already named all of my Real Estate situate in the village of Carmantown County of Atlantic and state of New Jersey, or any other property that I did possessd of, or may become in possession of and all the property that I have bequeathed and devised to my said wife, for her own and her forever. Item – I do nominate and appoint C. Jerome Massinger Executor of this my last will and testament.
