(Also footstone with initials M A H) We found a stone covered with moss which when cleaned off revealed the letters “Der” which we believe to be Derretje (Dirckje) Haring. Born Jan 27, 1752 and died prior to 1823. Also buried here is Derretje Haring’s husband Johannes Perry born Oct. 18, 1748 died Feb 17, 1832. This information is verified by the Blauvelt genealogy.
