John A. Boyd Additional Comments: Although the testator's surname was spelled "LOZEERE" in the first section of the will it is then seen to be spelled "LOZIER" in the last paragraphs of the will. The name has many variations but LOZIER seems to be the spelling used more often in other records concerning the testator, his antecedents and his heirs. Surnames in the will: ACKERMAN, DOUGHERTY, MASKER, LOZEERE, LOZIER, STOR, VAN VOORHEIS, VAN HORN, WATSON The will was transcribed using the original spelling, etc. This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/njfiles/ File size: 6.4 Kb This file is located at http://files.usgwarchives.net/nj/bergen/wills/lozier-jc.txt
